SINOPSIS: En 1967 Christiaan Barnard realiza el primer trasplante de coraz\u00f3n de la historia, al tiempo que el doctor John Bonham trata de conseguir en Harvard el m\u00edtico trasplante de cerebro con fines m\u00e9dicos. El encuentro casual de Bonham con el Comandante Howard H. Aiken (el dise\u00f1ador en Harvard de la primera computadora autom\u00e1tica) dar\u00e1 al trabajo del m\u00e9dico un giro inesperado, con resultados incre\u00edbles que cambiar\u00e1n la vida de John Bonham y la de quienes le rodean para siempre, enfrent\u00e1ndole a terribles dilemas y poni\u00e9ndole en el punto de mira de los principales servicios secretos del mundo, los cuales s\u00f3lo ven en su invento un arma de infinitas aplicaciones con la que se podr\u00eda dominar la tierra en pleno periodo de Guerra Fr\u00eda.
